Renovation of Lift Lobby & Dining Area Outside the Auditorium at 3rd Floor, LRC Building SBP Head Office Karachi

The State Bank of Pakistan Banking Services Corporation (SBP BSC) invites sealed bids for the renovation of the Lift Lobby and Dining Area outside the Auditorium at the 3rd Floor of the LRC Building, SBP Head Office Karachi. This procurement is for civil works and related services to be executed at the SBP premises in Karachi. Items being procured include: - Renovation of Lift Lobby & Dining Area at 3rd Floor, LRC Building - Dismantling existing tiles flooring and disposal - Supply and fixing of full body polished porcelain tiles and wooden textured porcelain tiles including skirting - Installation of premium quality wooden finish laminated HDF wall panels - Block masonry and cement-sand plastering for planters - Fabrication and installation of extruded aluminum rectangular hollow profiles with wood-grain lamination - Plumbing works including PPRC piping, stainless steel kitchen sink, mixers, and stop cocks - Construction of reinforced cement concrete vanities - Supply and fixing of granite slabs and strips for flooring and staircases - Installation of aluminum foil pasted gypsum false ceiling - Supply and fixing of kitchen cabinets, both hanging and floor mounted - Site clearance and disposal of debris The technical scope covers all civil, masonry, tiling, plumbing, aluminum works, and cabinetry as per detailed specifications and drawings. The site is located at the SBP Head Office Karachi, and the work must be completed within 120 days. Bidders must have valid PEC registration in category C-6 or above with specialization CE-10, be active taxpayers on the FBR Active Taxpayer List, and meet all eligibility criteria. Bid security in the form of Pay Order, Banker's Cheque, Call Deposit, or Demand Draft is required. Bids must be submitted electronically via EPADS v2.0 by October 22, 2026, 12:00 PM, with bid opening on the same day at 12:30 PM. Manual bids will not be accepted. The procurement method is Single Stage Two Envelope with Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS). Performance guarantee of 10% of contract price is required.
