331-Reconstruction of RCC Slab of Old ITOD Area at 2nd Floor of Bolton Market Building, SBP Head Office Karachi

The State Bank of Pakistan Banking Services Corporation (SBP BSC) invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the reconstruction of the RCC slab of the old ITOD area located at the 2nd floor of Bolton Market Building, SBP Head Office Karachi. The site is located in Karachi, Sindh province. Eligibility criteria require bidders to have valid PEC registration in category C-5 or above with specialization CE-10, FBR active taxpayer status, and experience of at least two civil works projects each costing a minimum of Rs. 10 million in the last five years. Bid security must be submitted as Pay Order, Banker's Cheque, or Demand Draft. Bids must be submitted electronically through EPADS v2.0 portal by Thursday, October 22, 2026 at 12:00 PM.
