Renovation and Maintenance Works at ECP Secretariat Islamabad by Capital Development Authority

The Capital Development Authority (CDA) invites electronic bids on a percentage basis from firms having PEC License in relevant and registered with FBR for the works listed below at the Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) Secretariat, Islamabad. The scope includes renovation of the conference room, establishment of centralized monitoring and coordination control center with necessary equipment, shifting of office accommodation from existing building to new building, E&M and civil related works required at ECP Secretariat Islamabad, construction of prefabricated gym at 5th floor roof top old block ECP, secretariat Islamabad, miscellaneous repair maintenance works at ECP Secretariat Sector G-5, repair of rail shoe of elevator, repair and maintenance works, E&M related repair and maintenance works and repair maintenance works (repair of lift cabin) at ECP Secretariat Islamabad. Items being procured: - Renovation of Conference Room at ECP Secretariat, Islamabad - Establishment of Centralized Monitoring and Coordination Control center along with Necessary Equipment at ECP Secretariat, Islamabad - Shifting of Office Accommodation from existing building to NEE Building, H-9, ECP Secretariat, Islamabad - E&M and Civil related works required at ECP Secretariat, Islamabad - Construction of Prefabricated GYM at 5th floor roof top old block ECP, Secretariat Islamabad - Miscellaneous repair maintenance works at ECP Secretariat Sector G-5, Islamabad - Repair of rail shoe of elevator, repair and maintenance works, E&M related repair and maintenance works and repair maintenance works (Repair of lift cabin) at ECP Secretariat, Islamabad The works require firms registered with PEC having relevant categories and registered with FBR. Bidders must submit earnest money as specified. Bids must be submitted electronically through the CDA e-procurement system by 23-10-2026 at 12:00 Noon.
