This tender invites qualified contractors to undertake renovation and maintenance works across multiple naval facilities in Lahore and Faisalabad under the supervision of GE (Navy) Lahore. The scope includes renovation of operational rooms, office decoration, electrical repairs, parapet wall maintenance, bath accessories replacement, distemper and paint works, and furniture re-cushioning and polishing. The works cover various buildings including the Naval Complex, NCW Lahore, and PNR & SC Faisalabad, involving civil, electrical, and furnishing tasks.
The projects require contractors to manage diverse materials such as tiles, paint, electrical fittings, and furniture upholstery. The sites are located in Lahore and Faisalabad, demanding careful coordination and adherence to naval standards. Contractors must be prepared to handle engineering challenges related to structural repairs, electrical system upgrades, and aesthetic improvements while ensuring minimal disruption to naval operations.
Applicants must hold valid Pakistan Engineering Council registration and be active taxpayers on the Federal Board of Revenue's ATL. Contractors not on the MES approved list must submit earnest money equal to 5% of the estimated cost via FOD or Deposit At Call, pledged to GE (Navy) Lahore. Financial standing, staff details, and past experience documentation are essential for pre-qualification.
The submission deadline is set for 15 April 2026 at 11:30 AM, with bid opening at 12:00 PM the same day. Applications must be submitted physically to GE (Navy) Lahore.
