Tender Description
The Evacuee Trust Property Board (ETPB), Government of Pakistan, is procuring renovation and reconstruction works for the historic Gurdwara Bhai Joga Singh located in Peshawar. This project involves comprehensive civil, plumbing, and electrical works to restore and upgrade the facility.
The technical scope includes closure of the basement, removal of additional load and roof treatment, renovation of the main building, external RCC wall works, plumbing based on 2022 PWD rates, and electrical works also based on 2022 PWD rates. The works cover dismantling, demolition, brick masonry, filling, anti-termite treatment, steel reinforcement, plain and reinforced concrete, roof waterproofing, painting, false ceiling, fabrication of fiber shed, and installation of cast iron spiral stairs. The project demands skilled workmanship and quality materials to preserve the heritage structure while ensuring modern standards.
Eligible bidders should possess relevant PEC categories for civil and electrical works, be registered with FBR and ATL, and demonstrate experience in similar restoration or construction projects.
