Renovation and Rehabilitation of Bachelor Officer Hostel at WAPDA CRBC (LCG) Staff Colony D.I.Khan

Water and Power Development Authority (WAPDA) invites electronic bids for the renovation and rehabilitation of the Bachelor Officer Hostel located at the CRBC (LCG) Staff Colony in Dera Ismail Khan. This procurement is specifically for civil works involving the refurbishment of the hostel facilities to improve living conditions for staff. Items being procured include renovation and rehabilitation works for the Bachelor Officer Hostel at WAPDA CRBC (LCG) Staff Colony, D.I.Khan. The project requires completion within 120 days and bidders must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in the relevant category, as well as be on the Active Tax Payer List (ATL) of the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR). Bidders must submit their bids electronically via the EPADS v2.0 portal at www.epads.gov.pk by the deadline of 13th November 2026 at 11:00 AM. Manual bids will not be accepted. The bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 AM through the EPADS system. A bid security of Rs. 900,000 in the form of a CDR payable to the Chief Engineer / Project Director, CRBC (LCG) Project, WAPDA, D.I.Khan is mandatory. The original bid security must reach the office of the Executive Engineer (Colony) Division before the bid closing time. This tender follows the Single Stage One Envelope procedure under open competitive bidding rules. The Grievance Redressal Committee (GRC) has been notified as per Rule 65 of the Public Procurement Rules, 2026, and relevant notifications are available on the procuring agency's and PPRA's websites.
