Tender Description
Water and Sanitation Agency Lahore (WASA), under Punjab Water and Sanitation Authority, invites bids from suppliers and contractors registered on Punjab e-Procurement System with valid PEC License category C-6 or above, and active NTN and PNTN filers. The procurement is for the renovation and rehabilitation of the Vice Chairman WASA room located at the WASA Head Office in Lahore.
Items being procured:
- Renovation and rehabilitation works for Vice Chairman WASA room at WASA Head Office Lahore
The procurement will be conducted through the Punjab e-Procurement System as per Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) rules. Bidders must submit their bids online on or before 12-10-2026 by 10:30 AM, with bid opening at 11:00 AM on the same day. Manual bids will not be accepted. A digital bid security of 3% of the estimated cost amounting to Rs. 65,727/- in favor of WASA Lahore is required and will be verified through the Punjab e-Procurement System. Bidders must ensure their bids are virus-free and comply with Regulation-8(4) of PPRA Regulations 2024.
The scope includes all necessary materials and workmanship for the renovation and rehabilitation of the specified room. Bidders should have PEC registration in category C-6 or higher and be active on FBR's ATL. The bids will remain valid for 120 days. Tendered rates must be filled in figures and words as per tender documents. If the last date falls on an official holiday, the next working day will be considered.
Bidders are advised to carefully review the bidding documents available on the Punjab e-Procurement System and PPRA website. Submission through Punjab e-Procurement System only will be considered.
