Tender Description
Sukkur IBA University invites bids electronically through EPADS on a single stage one envelope procedure from eligible and experienced firms registered with income tax and sales tax departments for supply and installation at IBA Community Colleges/Schools in Sukkur. Items being procured:
- Supply & Installation of RO Plant
- Supply & Installation of Solar System 20KVA
- Computer Systems
- Supply & Installation of Solar System 10KVA
The procurement includes installation of water purification RO plants, solar power systems of 20KVA and 10KVA capacity, and computer systems to support educational infrastructure. Bidders must provide a bid security of 2% of the estimated cost in the form of pay order, deposit at call, demand draft, or bank guarantee in favor of Sukkur IBA University. The bidding documents containing detailed terms and conditions can be downloaded and submitted electronically through EPADS portal as per the schedule.
The tender submission deadline is 19 October 2026 at 3:00 PM, with bid opening at 3:30 PM the same day, both through EPADS. Firms should be registered with FBR and have relevant experience. The procuring agency reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids as per SPP Rules 2010 (amended to date).
