Tender Description
PPHI Sindh invites sealed bids from eligible contractors and firms for renovation and repair (R&R) works across multiple Basic Health Units (BHUs) and health centers in Sindh province. The procurement is managed by PPHI Sindh, headquartered in Karachi, and covers districts including Hyderabad, Jamshoro, Dadu, Sukkur, Khairpur, Naushero Feroze, and Malir.

The scope includes construction, repair, and renovation of buildings at the specified health units. Contractors must have valid PEC registration in Category C-6 or above, with at least three years of successful experience in similar assignments. Registration with FBR for Income Tax and Sales Tax, Sindh Revenue Board, and no blacklisting from any government entity is mandatory. Bidders must submit a bid security of 5% of the estimated cost via pay order.
Tender documents are available from the PPHI Head Office in Karachi from 31-07-2026 to 17-08-2026 between 10:00 am and 4:00 pm upon payment of the tender fee. Sealed bids must be submitted by August 18, 2026, at 11:00 am and will be opened the same day at 11:30 am in the presence of authorized representatives.
