Multan Electric Power Company Limited (MEPCO) invites experienced contractors registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) Islamabad and having valid registration certificates under relevant categories to submit bids for renovation, repair, and maintenance works at MEPCO Headquarter and Complex Rahim Yar Khan. The works include renovation of general washrooms of office building at MEPCO H.Q. Multan, construction of parking place with tuff tiles, shed and land scaping in front and side lawn of CFO office at MEPCO H.Q. Khanewal Road Multan, re-construction and repair of boundary wall (fallen/tilted portion) at 132 KV Grid Station Qadirabad, renovation of rest house at MEPCO H.Q. Khanewal Road Multan, rehabilitation of control house building at 132 KV Grid Station Sahiwal New and Bunga Hayat, renovation of rest house at MEPCO Complex Sahiwal, repair and maintenance of rest house at MEPCO Complex Rahim Yar Khan, re-construction of boundary wall (fallen/tilted portion) at SDO office Jamal Din Wali (Sadiqabad), and repair and maintenance of rest house at MEPCO Complex Bahawal Nagar. Items being procured: - Renovation of General washrooms of office building at MEPCO H.Q. Khanewal Road, Multan - Rehabilitation of Control House Building at 132 KV Grid Station Sahiwal New and Bunga Hayat - Renovation of Rest House at MEPCO Complex Sahiwal - Repair / Maintenance of Rest House at MEPCO Complex Rahim Yar Khan - Re-construction of boundary wall (fallen/tilted portion) at SDO office Jamal Din Wali (Sadiqabad) - Repair / Maintenance of Rest House at MEPCO Complex Bahawal Nagar The bids shall be submitted on E-PADS portal with all required documents including bid security in the form of original deposit-at-call bank draft or pay order issued by any scheduled bank of Pakistan in favor of Executive Engineer (Civil) MEPCO Multan. Bidders must be registered with FBR and on Active Taxpayers List (ATL). The bids will be opened on the same day at the specified time.
