Bidders must be registered with relevant tax authorities and have prior experience rendering similar services to federal government organizations, banks, or multinational companies with their own offices and communication facilities. Bidders are required to submit Earnest Money in the form of CDR amounting to 5% of the quoted price along with a Pay Order of PKR 1000 in favor of H&AI, State Life Insurance Corporation of Pakistan.
