Tender Description

The State Life Insurance Corporation of Pakistan is procuring renovation, upgradation, and modernization works for multiple PHS Facilitation Centers located at Block No. 6 and 7 of Building No. 2, State Life Square, 4 Lytton, Lahore, as well as the New Business Department (Regional Underwriting Department) at Block No. 7 of the same building, and the PHS Facilitation Centers at the first floor of State Life Office, GT Road, Gujranwala. This project involves comprehensive civil and electrical works including dismantling existing partitions, laying porcelain floor tiles, false ceiling installation, wall painting, brick masonry, plastering, and installation of Deodar wood framed doors and windows. Electrical scope includes supply and installation of LED panel lights, rewiring with PVC insulated copper cables, and fixing of PVC switch kits. The works are to be executed under the supervision of the Real Estate Department of State Life Insurance Corporation, with strict adherence to approved specifications and standards. Eligible bidders must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council in category C-5 or above, possess a minimum of ten years' experience in civil and renovation works of corporate buildings, and be registered with FBR Active Taxpayers List and other relevant authorities. The procurement process follows the PPRA Rules 2014 and amendments, with bids to be submitted electronically via E-PADS 1.0. The bid security of Rs. 400,000/- must be submitted as an original Call Deposit Receipt from a scheduled bank in Pakistan. The deadline for bid submission is 22nd June 2026 at 11:00 AM, with technical bids opening at 11:30 AM the same day at the Real Estate Department office in Lahore.
