Punjab Institute of Neurosciences, Lahore invites sealed tenders from financially sound, income tax and sales tax registered firms for renovation work (weather shield) on the exterior of the PINS building in Lahore. Items being procured: - Renovation Work (Weather Shield) on Exterior of the PINS Building, Lahore The procurement will be conducted through the Punjab e-Procurement System (https://ppra.punjab.gov.pk & https://cp.punjab.gov.pk). Bidders must submit their bids online on the Punjab e-Procurement System as per PPRA rules 2014, specifically Rule 38(2)(a) Single Stage - Two Envelope procedure. The bidding documents including terms, conditions, quantity, and specifications can be obtained from the Works Department of the institution during working hours. Bidders must quote rates according to the bidding documents and tender list. A 2% bid security is required to be submitted online. The bidder/firm must be duly registered and licensed with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) and possess a valid PEC registration/license in the relevant category and discipline applicable to the works covered under this tender. The PEC license must remain valid throughout the bidding and contract period. Bids without valid PEC registration/license will be considered non-responsive. The award/supply order will be subject to availability of funds. The tender opening and submission deadline is 15-09-2026 at 11:00 AM and 11:30 AM respectively.
