Renovation Work at BOP Branches Makhdoom Aali and Adda Chowki Wala

The Bank of Punjab is inviting technical and financial bids from well reputed organizations and companies for the hiring of contractors to perform renovation work at two of its branches: Makhdoom Aali Branch and Adda Chowki Wala Branch. This procurement is specifically managed by the Head Centralized Procurement office located in Lahore. Items being procured: - Renovation work at Makhdoom Aali Branch - Renovation work at Adda Chowki Wala Branch The scope of work involves comprehensive renovation activities at the specified BOP branches. Contractors are expected to provide all necessary materials and labor to complete the renovation to the bank’s standards. The work will be carried out at the branch sites, requiring careful planning and execution to minimize disruption to branch operations. Eligible bidders must be well-established contractors with relevant experience in renovation projects. Valid NTN and GST registration certificates are mandatory. Bidders should also be prepared to submit bid security at 2% of the estimated cost via 1Link or Bank Guarantee digitally through the Punjab e-Procurement System. The bidding process follows the Single Stage-Two Envelope method, ensuring transparency and fairness. Bid documents are available immediately for download free of cost from the Punjab e-Procurement System and the PPRA website. Bids must be uploaded and submitted exclusively through the Punjab e-Procurement System by 13-08-2026 at 11:00 am. Technical bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 am in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives. Financial bids of only technically qualified bidders will be opened later, with the date to be announced subsequently.
