Tender Description
Sui Northern Gas Pipelines Limited (SNGPL) Customer Service Centre in Multan is procuring comprehensive renovation works for its facility. This tender covers dismantling of existing floor tiles, installation of new porcelain matt tile flooring and skirting, internal emulsion painting, external weather shield painting, installation of Ice Panel/Sealing Lights, acrylic sheet installation at the front desk, front desk tag plates, electrical wiring and electric boards, and supply of 3-seater visitor benches. The scope includes site preparation, removal and disposal of debris, and repair of any damage caused during dismantling. The electrical works require compliance with National Electric Code and SNGPL safety standards, including wiring with flame retardant cables and installation of dedicated circuit breakers.
Eligible bidders must be well-reputed construction companies with proven experience in similar commercial projects. Firms must hold valid PST, NTN, and GST registrations. The tender follows a Single Stage – Single Envelope procedure where technical and financial bids are submitted together. Earnest Money in the form of a bid security of Rs. 50,000 is mandatory, along with a performance bond of 10% of the bid amount before work commencement. Material samples for tiles, paint, acrylic sheets, and tag plates must be approved by SNGPL before work starts. A minimum 12-month defect liability warranty on workmanship and materials is required.
The last date for bid submission is 08 June 2026 at 11:00 AM, with opening scheduled the same day at 11:30 AM at the SNGPL Customer Service Centre, Piran Ghaib Road, Multan.
