Rental Crane Services for Punjab Livestock & Dairy Development Board Farm

The Punjab Livestock & Dairy Development Board (PLDDB), a non-profit organization established under Section 42 of the Companies Ordinance, 1984, invites electronic bids from eligible and registered contractors/firms through the Punjab e-Procurement System (EPS/PRA) for entering into a Framework Contract for Rental Crane Services at PLDDB Farm in Lahore. Items being procured: - Rental Crane Services for transfer of green manure and soil - Path clearance - Digging of pits - Other related farm activities The contract requires crane services for 8 hours per day over an estimated 100 working days per year, with an estimated total contract value of Rs. 2,800,000 inclusive of all applicable taxes. The successful bidder will provide crane services on an as-and-when-required basis against requisitions issued by PLDDB. The scope includes provision of crane operator, mobilization, diesel/fuel, lubricants, routine maintenance, and all associated costs. The crane must be in proper working condition with a competent, licensed operator. Payment will be made based on actual services rendered and verified by PLDDB representatives. Eligibility criteria include submission of a Bid Security/Earnest Money of Rs. 56,000 (2% of estimated contract value), registration on the Punjab e-Procurement System, and compliance with all terms and conditions outlined in the bidding documents.
