Tender Description
The Punjab Institute of Mental Health Lahore invites bids for the procurement of rental reagents along with placement of fully automated chemistry analyzer and immunoassay analyzer for its Pathology Department. This procurement is for the financial year 2026-27 and aims to enhance diagnostic capabilities with advanced laboratory equipment in Lahore.
The technical scope includes supply and installation of fully automated chemistry and immunoassay analyzers, along with rental reagents required for their operation. Bidders must be registered on the e-Punjab Acquisition & Disposal System (e-PADS) and have valid registration with relevant authorities including FBR and Tax Departments. The procurement follows the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 (amended) and Punjab Procurement Regulations 2024.
Interested bidders should submit their e-Bids online by 13th July 2026 at 10:30 AM via the e-PADS portal. The bid security of 1% of the estimated cost must be provided in the form of Bank Draft, CDR, Demand Draft, Pay Order, or Banker’s cheque. Technical and financial proposals must include brand and generic names of items. Hard copies are not required. The bid validity period is 180 days from the date of bid opening.
A practical tip for bidders is to ensure their e-Bids are submitted in the correct lot and format to avoid rejection due to technical errors or internet failures. Early registration on e-PADS and thorough review of bidding documents will improve chances of successful participation.
