Renting Space for Billboards/Hoardings (LED Installation) at Campus I, Rawalpindi

Fatima Jinnah Women University invites bids from well-established and economically sound parties for renting four billboards/hoardings sites located inside university premises at Campus I, Rawalpindi. Items being procured: - Site no. 1 facing PC Hotel with annual rent Rs. 6,313,188 and bid security Rs. 315,659 - Site no. 2 facing PC Hotel with annual rent Rs. 6,313,188 and bid security Rs. 315,659 - Site no. 3 coming from DHA with annual rent Rs. 6,313,188 and bid security Rs. 315,659 - Site no. 4 coming from DHA with annual rent Rs. 6,313,188 and bid security Rs. 315,659 The total annual estimated rent for all four sites is Rs. 25,252,752 with a total bid security of Rs. 1,262,636. The university requires bidders to be registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments and be active tax filers. Prices should be quoted in Pak Rupees with GST/PST indicated separately where applicable. Prices quoted must be valid for 90 days and extendable for another 30 days. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for October 20, 2026, at 11:30 hours. Tender documents are available on Punjab PPRA and the university website. Bidders must download bidding documents and participate in the procurement process without paying any tender fee. Separate rates must be submitted for each site. The bids will be opened on October 28, 2026, at 11:30 hours in the Purchase Office, FJWU. In case of official or local holidays, the next working day will be the bid opening date. Earnest money in the form of Demand Draft, Pay Order, or Call Deposit Receipt in favor of Treasurer Fatima Jinnah Women University, Rawalpindi, is mandatory for each site. No cross-cheque, bank challan, cash, or other instruments will be accepted. Bids without earnest money will not be considered.
