Tender Description
Lahore General Hospital invites sealed tenders from financially sound, income tax and sales tax registered firms for the repair of biomedical equipment specifically an Aesculap Camera -e- Console, Make: Aesculap Model: PV 440, Sr.No.3083. This equipment is used for laparoscopic and endo urology procedures installed in the Urology Operation Theater Phase-III at Lahore General Hospital.
Items being procured:
- Repair of Aesculap Camera -e- Console (Make: Aesculap, Model: PV 440, Sr.No.3083)
The procurement will follow the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 under a Single Stage One Envelope procedure. Bidders must submit their bids electronically through the Punjab E-Procurement System and participate via the e-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System. A bid security amounting to 2% of the total estimated cost must accompany the electronic bid in the form of a Digital Bank Guarantee as per Punjab Government Letter No. SO(I&C)-I)5-4/2024 dated 19-05-2026. CDR, Pay Order, and Demand Draft will not be accepted as bid security.
The successful bidder will be required to furnish a 5% performance guarantee in the form of a Digital Bank Guarantee through the prescribed e-Procurement system. Firms must quote rates strictly according to the bidding documents and tender list. In case of public holidays or non-working days on the date of opening or submission, the next official working day will be considered.
The tender submission deadline is **11-11-2026 at 11:00 am**, and the tender opening will be held on the same day at 11:30 am. Bids must be submitted electronically through the Punjab E-Procurement portal. Interested bidders are advised to carefully review the bidding documents available on the PPRA website or Punjab e-procure portal.
