Tender Description
The Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) Regional Tax Office Faisalabad is procuring repair and maintenance services for an Audio Conference System BOSCH CCS 800 UL.TRO. This procurement is specifically for the Regional Tax Office located in Faisalabad, Punjab. The scope includes diagnosis, repair, and maintenance of the hardware equipment, replacement of faulty parts, and on-call emergency support services. The system includes microphones and other accessories that may require parts replacement or repair.
Eligible bidders must be registered firms or individuals with valid NTN, active GST/PST registration, and must be on the Active Income Tax (ATL) list. Firms should have relevant experience in repair and maintenance of hardware such as audio conference systems, monitors (LCD/LED), scanners, paper shredders, and UPS. The tender follows a single stage single envelope procedure where all documents including the financial proposal must be submitted in a single sealed envelope.
The bid security required is 3% of the estimated cost in the form of Pay Order or CDR in favor of the Chairman Purchase Committee, RTO Faisalabad. Complaints must be attended within 12 hours and faults rectified within 24 hours. Only genuine and approved parts shall be used for replacements, and replaced parts must be handed over to the office. A minimum warranty of six months is required for repaired or replaced parts. Payment will be made after satisfactory completion and verification by the concerned committee, with all parties responsible to clear their bills from the District Account Office Faisalabad before 30th June 2026.
The closing date for submission of bids is **14th May 2026 at 10:00 a.m.** Bids will be opened on the same day at 10:30 a.m. in the Conference Room of the Regional Tax Office Faisalabad. Bidders are advised to register and submit their bids through the E-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (EPADS) as no manual or hard copies will be accepted. A practical tip for bidders is to ensure their NTN, GST, and ATL status are active and properly documented before submission to avoid disqualification.
