Tender Description
The Pakistan National Shipping Corporation (M&P/TECHNICAL) Karachi is inviting bids for the repair of chiller control cards at the PNSC Building. This procurement is specifically for the maintenance and repair of critical electronic components that ensure the efficient operation of the chiller system in the Karachi facility. The department responsible for this procurement is the Maintenance & Project / Technical Department located on the 12th Floor of the PNSC Building.
Items being procured:
- Repairing of CPU Card of Chiller Control (Quantity: 3)
- Repairing of Mother Board of Chiller Control (Quantity: 1)
- Repairing of Display Card for Chiller Control (Quantity: 3)
The technical scope involves repairing central processing unit cards, motherboards, and organic light emitting display cards used in the chiller control system. The work is to be completed within 30 days from the date of contract award. Bidders must ensure that all repairs meet the technical specifications and quality standards as outlined in the bidding documents.
Eligibility criteria include valid registration with FBR and enlistment on the Active Taxpayer List (ATL). Bidders must not be blacklisted and should provide an affidavit on Rs. 100 stamp paper duly notarized. Joint ventures or consortiums are not allowed for this tender. The bid security must be submitted in the form of a Pay Order as specified.
The bid submission deadline is **Wednesday, July 29, 2026 at 11:00 AM** through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) v2.0. Manual submissions will not be accepted. The technical and financial bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 AM via EPADS. The procuring agency follows the Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) method for evaluation.
