Repair and Construction of Retaining and Flank Walls of Downstream X-Regulator of Unhar Canal at Mile-09

The Irrigation Department Sindh invites qualified contractors for the repair and construction of retaining and flank walls of the downstream X-Regulator of Unhar Canal at mile-09. This tender is part of the ADP 2025-2026 and follows the SPPRA rules 2010 and 2019. The procurement will be conducted through a single stage two envelope procedure, requiring separate technical and financial proposals. Contractors must have PEC registration in category C-4 or above, valid FBR NTN and active SRB registration for the fiscal year 2025-2026. Experience of at least 10 years in similar canal or irrigation works is mandatory. The estimated cost is bold PKR 98.435 million with a bid fee of PKR 5,000. The contract period is 2 years. Tender documents can be purchased from the office upon payment of the bid fee. Earnest money of 5% of the bid value is required in the form of CDR. Conditional and non-schedule item bids will not be accepted. Price escalation clauses are not allowed. Rates must be valid until the end of 2024. Technical proposals will be evaluated first, followed by financial bids of technically qualified bidders. The last date for submission is 12-08-2026 by 12:00 noon, with technical bids opening at 1:00 pm the same day. Bidders should ensure all documents are complete and comply with the tender requirements.
