Tender Description
The Town Municipal Corporation Chanesar District East invites bids for repair and construction works focused on street and trench improvements within its jurisdiction. This tender covers multiple projects involving asphalt concrete and paver block flooring to enhance road infrastructure and drainage systems in Chanesar.
Items being procured:
- Repair / Improvement of trenches at House No. 43/2-B (Waja Abdul Sattar Masti Khan) by providing asphalt concrete
- Repair / Improvement of trenches at Hamid Hussain Farooqui Road from Tario Road to Jheel Park by providing asphalt concrete
- Repair / Improvement of trenches at Mehfil-e-Murtaza Imam Bargah and surrounding streets by providing asphalt concrete
- Construction of streets by providing asphalt concrete at Ghulam Ali Memon Road SMCHS
- Construction of streets by providing paver block flooring from Corporation Gate to Al Naz Biryani (Link Streets) in UC-08
The scope includes civil works for trench repairs and street construction using asphalt concrete and paver blocks. These works are critical for improving road durability and urban mobility in Chanesar District East. The projects are substantial in scale with estimated costs ranging from approximately Rs. 17.8 million to Rs. 80.5 million per work.
Eligible bidders should possess relevant PEC categories for civil construction and road works. Valid FBR registration and ATL listing are mandatory. Experience in similar municipal infrastructure projects will be advantageous. Earnest Money Deposit (5% of project cost) is required as bid security.
Tender documents are available for download from 31-July-2026 to 16-August-2026 and again from 18-August-2026 to 01-September-2026 via the EPADS portal. Bids must be submitted online by 02-September-2026 at 09:30 AM. The technical and financial bids will be opened on the same day at 10:00 AM in the office of the Executive Engineer (B&R) Department, TMC Chanesar District East.
