Repair and Maintenance of Various Buildings and Facilities at Pakistan Ordnance Factories Sanjwal Cantt

Pakistan Ordnance Factories Sanjwal Cantt invites qualified firms and contractors to apply for prequalification for civil repair and maintenance works under PPRA Rule 13(1) of 2004. The department is seeking experienced contractors for multiple repair and maintenance contracts at various facilities within POF Sanjwal Cantt, Punjab. Items being procured: - Repair and maintenance of Entrance lobby & Kitchen Guest House - Water proofing of roof 2F area - Water proofing of roof 2G area - Repair and maintenance of roof 4F Multi (Phase-I) - Repair and maintenance of washroom of BOQ - Repair and maintenance of Auditorium Ordnance Club - Weather Shield of BOQ, Guest House & Ordnance Club - Repair and maintenance of miscellaneous civil works at POF Hospital - Repair and maintenance of E-Wing of Admin Block - Repair and replacement of damaged wooden doors in H group - Repair and maintenance of Halls of Admin office - Repair and maintenance of conference room, kitchen CMA office (Phase-II) - Repair and maintenance of Lab B-20 The scope covers civil works including waterproofing, structural repairs, weather shielding, and general maintenance of administrative, residential, and hospital buildings within the POF Sanjwal Cantt premises. Contractors must have valid PEC registration in relevant categories, active FBR ATL registration, and proven experience in similar works with satisfactory past performance. Financial stability and organizational capacity are also required. Applications must be submitted separately for each contract by 29-07-2026. Earnest money at 2% of contract amount is mandatory in the form of Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) in favor of MD POF Sanjwal Cantt. Technical and financial bids will be invited from prequalified firms. Sealed tenders must be dropped in the Bid Centre Room #1 adjacent to Rabta Hall POF Wah Cantt before 10:30 AM on 13-08-2026, with opening at 11:00 AM the same day. A practical tip for bidders: Ensure all required documents including valid ATL, PEC certificates, financial statements, and partnership deeds are complete and attested to avoid disqualification during prequalification.
