Repair and Maintenance Works for Cantt Board Malir Buildings and Infrastructure

Cantonment Board Malir invites sealed bids from contractors/firms registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in the relevant category for the financial year 2026-27 and who are active taxpayers listed with the Federal Board of Revenue. The procurement is for repair and maintenance works of various Cantt Board Malir properties and infrastructure located in Malir. Items being procured: - Repair/Maintenance of Cantt Fund Buildings - Repair/Patch works of Roads in Cantt Area - Repair/Maintenance of Drains/Sewerage lines - Repair/Maintenance of water supply in Cantt Area - Repair/Maintenance of Miscellaneous Public Improvements in Cantt Area - Repair/Maintenance of Cantt Board Dispensary/Cantt General Hospital - Repair/Maintenance of CB School/College Buildings Malir Cantt The scope includes civil repair and maintenance works as per the MES Schedule of Rates 2025 (amended up to date). Bidders must submit bids in separate sealed envelopes containing a Technical Proposal and a Financial Proposal. Earnest money of 2% of the estimated cost must be submitted in the form of a Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) issued by scheduled banks in the name of Cantonment Board Malir. The bids will be opened on 08-SEP-2026 at 12:30pm, with technical proposals opened first and financial proposals opened later for technically qualified bidders. Eligibility criteria include valid PEC registration, FBR active taxpayer status, and no blacklisting by Cantonment Board Malir. Firms must have relevant experience and provide documentary evidence of similar works completed in the last 5 years. The contract period is minimum 90 days. The performance guarantee of 10% of the contract value must be submitted within 15 days of issuance of Letter of Acceptance.
