KP-TEVTA invites electronic bids from well-reputed and eligible engineering firms for a range of developmental works across multiple technical and vocational institutes in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. The works are divided into three main categories: repair and maintenance, provision of missing civil facilities, installation of CCTV cameras, and solarization of existing institutes. The procurement is being managed by the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Technical Education and Vocational Training Authority (KP-TEVTA), with the main office located in Peshawar. Items being procured: - Repair and Maintenance Works & Provision of Missing Facilities (Civil Works) at: GCT Bajaur (5.66M), GPI Ekkaghund Mohmand (5.66M), GTI Shalman at Jamrud, Khyber (6.02M), GPI Jalkamaie Orakzai (6.36M), GPI Chaghamlai, South Waziristan (1.19M), GPI Wana, South Waziristan (9.59M) - Installation of CCTV Cameras at: GCT Bajaur (1.228M), GPI Ekkaghund Mohmand (1.506M), GTI Shalman at Jamrud, Khyber (1.228M), GPI Jalkamaie Orakzai (1.924M), GPI Chaghamlai, South Waziristan (1.062M), GPI Bara, Khyber (1.924M), GPI Parachinar, Kurram (1.924M), GPI Sadda, Kurram (1.924M), GWMC Miranshah, North Waziristan (1.588M), GPI Wana, South Waziristan (1.962M) - Solarization of Existing Institutes at: GPI Jalkamaie Orakzai (5.07M), GWMC Miranshah, North Waziristan (2.82M) The technical scope includes civil works for infrastructure improvement, installation of modern surveillance systems, and deployment of solar energy solutions to enhance operational efficiency and security at the listed institutes. Bidders must be registered and active on EPADS, KPRA, and PEC (relevant category: C-5 or above for civil works, C-6 or above for CCTV and solarization). Earnest Money is required at 2% of the total estimated cost for each scheme, and bid security for the three lowest bidders will be retained as per rules. The deadline for bid submission is 16/09/2026 at 10:30 AM, with a pre-bid meeting scheduled for 08/09/2026 at 10:30 AM. Bids must be submitted electronically via EPADS, with original CDRs delivered in sealed envelopes to the Managing Director KP-TEVTA before the deadline. For best results, ensure all bid security documents are uploaded and physically submitted well before the deadline to avoid last-minute technical issues.
