Repair, Maintenance and Allied Civil Works at PCB Stadia and Facilities Nationwide

The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) invites applications from qualified civil contractors registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in Category C-6 and above for repair, maintenance and allied civil works at PCB Stadia and Facilities nationwide. This procurement is managed by the PCB Infrastructure Department based at Gaddafi Stadium, Ferozepur Road, Lahore, Punjab. The scope covers structural repairs of buildings, stands, and pavilions, masonry, plaster, flooring, finishing works, infrastructure maintenance including roads, pavements, parking areas, drainage and sewerage repairs, as well as emergency repair works on call basis and disaster response. Contractors must comply with PEC standards and safety codes. Eligibility requires valid PEC registration in Category C-6 or above, NTN and active FBR ATL status, and completion of at least two projects in the last two years each valued at a minimum of PKR 1.0 Million. Applicants must not be blacklisted or have unresolved disputes with PCB. The submission deadline is 1st June 2026 at 10:30 am PST via EPADS. Interested bidders should ensure their applications are unconditional and signed by authorized representatives with proper Power of Attorney. A practical tip for bidders is to carefully prepare and attach all required supporting documents including PEC certificates, tax registrations, and project completion proofs to avoid disqualification.
