Tender Description
Military Engineer Services is inviting sealed tenders for a range of repair and maintenance works at CMH Lahore Cantt and associated areas. This opportunity is open to contractors who are on the approved list of MES in Category E and above, and who have relevant experience in similar works. The works are to be carried out at the Garrison Engineer (Army) Hospital Lahore Cantt, with the primary location being Lahore.
Items being procured:
- Repair / Renovation / Maintenance Works (B&R) at Residential / Non-Residential Area, Repair / Maintenance of Sewerage System at CMH LRC under GE (A) Hospital LRC
- Repair / Maintenance of E&M Miscellaneous Works at CMH Lahore
- Operation & Maintenance Works at CMH Lahore
- DC/TC Works Residential / Non-Residential Works B&R AOR CMH Lahore
The technical scope includes comprehensive building and civil works, electrical and mechanical maintenance, sewerage system repairs, and other operational and maintenance tasks within the hospital and its residential/non-residential zones. The estimated cost for each work is shown on the tender documents, which will be issued only to firms with sufficient experience and who meet all specified conditions.
Eligibility criteria require contractors to be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) and to provide proof of their registration. Only those on the approved MES list in Category E and above, with experience in similar works, should apply. Contractors must also submit details of similar works executed or in hand over the last three years, with a value exceeding 5 million PKR, using the provided proforma.
Applications for issuance of tender documents must be submitted before 03 Sep 2026. Scrutinized contractors will receive tender documents on 04 Sep 2026. The deadline for submission of tenders is 11 Sep 2026 at 1130 hrs, and tenders will be opened the same day at 1200 hrs.
A practical tip: Ensure all supporting documents, including PEC registration and work experience proforma, are complete and up to date to avoid disqualification during scrutiny.
