Military Engineer Services (Navy) Eastern Garrison, Karachi, invites applications for pre-qualification of contractors and firms for a comprehensive range of repair and maintenance works at various naval facilities in Karachi. The works are to be executed at COMCOAST HQ, PNS QASIM, LSS Nathiagali, and other associated locations. This is a significant opportunity for experienced contractors to participate in the upkeep and enhancement of critical naval infrastructure. Contractors must be on the MES approved list or other government departments with relevant experience. PEC registration, GST, NTN, and bank statement are mandatory. Earnest money up to 2% of the estimated cost is required for non-MES contractors. Bids must be submitted to the Accepting Officer at GE (Navy) Eastern Garrison, 02 Fowler Lines, Karachi, by 01 Sep 2026 at 1200 hrs. Opening will be at 1230 hrs the same day. Tip: Ensure all supporting documents, especially the proforma of works executed in the last two years, are fully completed and attested to avoid disqualification.
