Tender Description
State Life Insurance Corporation of Pakistan, Health & Accident Insurance Regional Office in Lahore, is procuring comprehensive repair and maintenance services for computers, laptops, printers, networking equipment, and associated accessories. This tender covers a wide range of IT hardware including branded wired mice, keyboards, various cables, external HDDs, adapters, laptop chargers, network cabinets, switches, SSDs, RAM modules, and printer parts and services. The procurement is divided into two lots: Lot 1 for computer peripherals and network infrastructure on an item-wise basis, and Lot 2 for printer parts and services to be awarded to a single vendor.
The scope includes onsite repair, maintenance, and servicing of all listed items at the State Life Insurance Corporation's Health & Accident Insurance office located at 15-A Davis Road, Lahore. Vendors must have GST, Income Tax, and Sales Tax registration along with relevant experience and must submit earnest money in the form of CDR amounting to Rs. 25,000 for each lot. The successful bidder will provide samples for approval before full supply and must deliver within 20 days of the supply order. Warranty for supplied items must be at least one year.
Bidders must be registered with FBR and appear on the Active Taxpayer List. They should also provide proof of similar work experience and an affidavit confirming no blacklisting. The bids will be evaluated on the lowest rate and quality basis. Submission and opening of bids will be conducted through the E-PADS system on June 5, 2026, with the technical and financial bids submitted in a single envelope. The deadline for submission is 10:00 AM, and bids will be opened at 10:30 AM on the same day.
