Repair and Maintenance of Computers, Printers, Networking Equipment and Accessories

State Life Insurance Corporation of Pakistan, Health & Accident Insurance Regional Office in Lahore, is procuring comprehensive repair and maintenance services for computers, laptops, printers, networking equipment, and associated accessories. This tender covers a wide range of IT hardware including branded wired mice, keyboards, various cables, external HDDs, adapters, laptop chargers, network cabinets, switches, SSDs, RAM modules, and printer parts and services. The procurement is divided into two lots: Lot 1 for computer peripherals and network infrastructure on an item-wise basis, and Lot 2 for printer parts and services to be awarded to a single vendor. The scope includes onsite repair, maintenance, and servicing of all listed items at the State Life Insurance Corporation's Health & Accident Insurance office located at 15-A Davis Road, Lahore. Vendors must have GST, Income Tax, and Sales Tax registration along with relevant experience and must submit earnest money in the form of CDR amounting to Rs. 25,000 for each lot.
