Repair and Maintenance Works and Construction at University of Sargodha

The University of Sargodha invites experienced contractors and firms with valid PEC licenses and active FBR registration for the current year to submit bids for multiple repair, maintenance, and construction works on its campuses in Sargodha. The procurement includes four distinct projects: - Repair and Maintenance of Girls Hostel (Khadija Hall) - Repair and Maintenance of Girls Hostel (Amna Hall) - Construction of Fiber Shed Along With Tuff Pavers at Institute of Arts & Design at Main Campus - Construction of Fence Wall and Entrance Point of Botanical Garden at Canal Campus These works involve civil construction and maintenance activities including structural repairs, paving, and boundary wall construction. The projects vary in duration from 2 to 6 months and require contractors to quote rates against each item of work as per approved DNIT/BOQs. The estimated costs range from Rs. 947,000 to Rs. 11.078 million with earnest money required as 2% of the total estimated amount for each project. Bidders must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council in the relevant category and active on the Punjab PPRA e-procurement system (https://ep.punjab.gov.pk).
