Repair and Maintenance of Transport/Fabricated Equipment, Supply of Drugs and Medicines, and Refilling of Gasses for Rescue 1122 Hunza

The Government of Gilgit-Baltistan Emergency Services (Rescue 1122), District Office Hunza, invites sealed bids from well reputed and government registered firms for the repair and maintenance of transport and fabricated equipment, supply of drugs and medicines, and refilling of gasses. This procurement is being conducted under the supervision of the Deputy Director GB Emergency Services Rescue 1122, following the Single stage-One envelope procedure as per GBPPRA rule 2022 clause 39(a). Items being procured: - Repair Maintenance work of transport/fabricated equipment (Bid security: 90,000 PKR) - Drugs and Medicines supplies (Bid security: 30,000 PKR) - Gasses: supply and refilling of Oxygen Cylinders, Dry chemical powder (DCP), CO2 (Bid security: 30,000 PKR) Firms must have their own workshop, spare parts shop, medical store, or refilling shop in district Hunza for the relevant categories. The technical scope includes comprehensive repair and maintenance of emergency and administrative vehicles, supply of essential drugs and medicines, and refilling of medical and industrial gasses. All items must meet the standards required by Rescue 1122 for operational readiness. Eligibility criteria require firms to be government registered and experienced in the relevant fields. Earnest Money (CDR) as specified for each lot must be submitted. Tender documents can be obtained up to 21st August 2026 from the undersigned office in Hunza upon written request during working hours. An original treasury challan form (T.R.6) with a non-refundable fee of 4,000 PKR in the GB consolidated fund account is required for document issuance. Sealed bids must be submitted at the office of the Drawing & Disbursement Officer, GB Emergency Services (Rescue 1122), District Office Hunza, near Rustam Palace Hotel, Ali Abad, Hunza, by 24th August 2026. Bid opening will be conducted on the same day at the specified times for each lot. In case of a local holiday, the process will be carried out on the next working day at the same times.
