Tender Description
The Pakistan Navy Military Engineer Services (MES) invites qualified contractors to participate in a comprehensive tender for repair, maintenance, electrical, water supply, and furniture works at the AGE (N) Mauripur Karachi site. This tender covers a wide range of civil and technical works including miscellaneous repairs and maintenance at PNAD Mauripur, PNS AATISH, Abbas Shaheed SRE, and PNTD areas. The scope also includes technical civil works (B&R) in various sectors, internal and external electrical works across different zones, water supply installations, and furniture renovation and polishing.
Eligible contractors must be on the approved MES contractor list or other government departments with relevant experience. Registration with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) for the 2020-2021 fiscal year is mandatory, along with valid FBR and ATL registration certificates. Contractors must also provide GST registration and NTN certificates. The tender requires submission of detailed technical and financial bids, supported by performance reports and evidence of similar work executed in the last two years.
The tender documents will be issued only to prequalified firms after scrutiny of applications. Earnest money equal to 2% of the estimated cost must be deposited by contractors not on the MES approved list. The submission deadline is set for 20 May 2026 at 11:30 AM, with bid opening scheduled the same day at 12:00 PM at AGE (N) Mauripur Karachi.
