Repair and Maintenance of Flats and Accommodation in Sector F-5/2 Islamabad

The Capital Development Authority (CDA) Islamabad is inviting bids for the repair and maintenance of various flats and accommodations located in Sector F-5/2 Islamabad. The works include repair and maintenance of Flat No.5-B, accommodation 2-B, and repair and maintenance work of No.4-B Enclave, as well as renovation of 1st and 2nd floor washrooms and offices at D Block Pak Sector. These projects are under the Maintenance Division No.III (SB) of CDA. The technical scope covers civil repair and maintenance works including structural repairs, painting, and refurbishment of flats and offices. The projects require firms with valid Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) registration in category C-6 or above, with experience in similar works in the RED Zone area. Firms must be registered with FBR and have NTN and GST registration. Earnest Money and Bid Security (CDR) must be submitted as per the specified amounts for each work. Bidders must submit their bids online through the E-PADS portal and upload scanned copies of bid security, certificates on judicial stamp paper, and security clearance documents. The bids will be opened publicly on 25-05-2026 at specified times at the office of Director Maintenance, CDA, located at old Naval Head Quarter Sector G-6 Melody Islamabad. Interested firms should have at least one year of satisfactory completion certificates in relevant work and submit original bid security two days before bid opening. Security clearance from concerned LEAs is mandatory. The bid security will be deposited in CDA bank account and returned after contract acceptance. In case of any holiday, the tender opening will be postponed to the next working day. A practical tip for bidders is to ensure timely submission of all required documents on the E-PADS portal and to carefully follow the instructions regarding bid security and call deposit to avoid disqualification.
