Contractors must be enlisted with MES in category E or higher or have equivalent experience with other government departments. Firms must provide detailed documentation including list of moveable and immoveable assets, skilled and unskilled personnel, machinery and equipment, GST registration, NTN certificate, and performance reports of similar works executed in the last two years. Prequalification documents can be obtained from GE (Navy) Maintenance Sector E-8 Islamabad. The tender submission deadline is 12 August 2026 by 1130 hours, with opening at 1200 hours the same day.
