Repair Maintenance and Rehabilitation of GDA Roads and Construction of Town Road Dunga Gali

The Galiyat Development Authority in Abbottabad invites sealed tenders through the Single stage two envelope procedure via EPADS for important civil works under the current financial year 2026-27. The procurement includes two major schemes located in Galiyat area, Abbottabad. Items being procured: - Repair Maintenance and Rehabilitation of GDA Roads (Estimated Cost: Rs. 115.00 Million) - Construction of Town Road Dunga Gali (Estimated Cost: Rs. 7.056 Million) These works involve comprehensive repair, maintenance, and rehabilitation of existing roads under the GDA jurisdiction as well as the construction of a new town road in Dunga Gali. The projects require contractors registered with PEC and enlisted with the Galiyat Development Authority for the current financial year. Bid security of 2% of the estimated cost must be submitted in the form of Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) in favor of the Director General GDA Abbottabad. The original tender form along with bid security and detailed rate analysis must be delivered via courier or registered mail to the Office of DG GDA Abbottabad, ZTBL Building, Main Mansehra Road Abbottabad. The last date for bid submission and opening is 27 October 2026, with submission by 11:00 AM and opening at 12:00 PM. Online clarifications for both works are accepted until 26 October 2026 at 5:00 PM. Contractors quoting bids more than 10% below the engineer's estimate must submit additional security as per the detailed instructions. Bidders must be registered with KPRA and have valid PEC codes.
