The Gilgit-Baltistan Secretariat Planning and Development Department invites bids from well reputed and experienced firms, vendors, and service providers for the provision of required goods and services under the Regular Budget and Development Budget for the Financial Year 2026-27. This tender is specifically for procurement in Gilgit and covers multiple categories of items and services. Items being procured: - Repair/Maintenance of Government Vehicles - Office Stationery - Miscellaneous/Entertainment Items - Printing The technical scope includes repair and maintenance services for government vehicles, supply of office stationery, various entertainment-related items, and printing services. The department requires vendors to provide detailed bids with earnest money in the form of Call Deposit as specified for each category. The work will be carried out at the department's premises in Gilgit. Eligibility criteria require vendors to have a minimum of five years' relevant experience for categories B, C, and D, and ten years' experience for category A (vehicle repair/maintenance). Bidders must attach relevant supply orders, experience certificates, and other verifiable documentary proof. An affidavit on stamp paper confirming the bidder has never been blacklisted by any government or semi-government organization or GBPPRA is mandatory. The tender follows a single-stage, two-envelope bidding procedure with evaluation based on a 70:30 ratio for technical and financial proposals respectively. For category C items, a single-stage single-envelope procedure will be followed. Rates must be quoted in a printed format. The last date for bid submission and opening is 5th August 2026, with specific opening times for each category starting from 10:30 AM to 12:00 PM. Tender documents can be obtained from the office within 15 days of publication on payment of a non-refundable fee of Rs. 10,000 through Treasury Challan.
