The Ministry of Interior and Narcotics Control, Headquarters Anti Narcotics Force Rawalpindi, is inviting qualified firms to pre-qualify for repair and maintenance services for the Financial Year 2026/27. This tender covers a comprehensive range of technical repair and maintenance works for various equipment and machinery at the Rawalpindi headquarters. Items being procured: - Repair and maintenance of Computer Hardware and IT Equipment - Repair and maintenance of Air Conditioners - Repair and maintenance of CCTV Cameras along with NVRs, Cables and accessories - Repair and maintenance of LED TVs - Repair and maintenance of Communication items and miscellaneous items - Repair and maintenance of Solar System - Repair and maintenance of Generators - Repair and maintenance of Siemens Exchange Hipath 3800 and Panasonic Exchange - Repair and maintenance of Transformers - Repair and maintenance of Photostate Machines - Repair and maintenance of Comlab Jammer - Repair and maintenance of Miscellaneous Machinery items The scope includes servicing and repairing electrical, mechanical, and electronic equipment on site at the Anti Narcotics Force headquarters in Rawalpindi. Firms must demonstrate capability in handling complex IT and communication systems, HVAC units, power generation, and specialized exchange systems. The tender requires firms to be authorized dealers or service providers with proven experience in these categories. Eligibility criteria include valid registration with FBR for GST and NTN, sound financial position supported by last year’s bank statement, experience details of the last five years, details of equipment and labor held, and a certificate confirming no litigation cases. Firms must provide an original affidavit on judicial stamp paper confirming non-blacklisting by any government or semi-government entity. Bids must be submitted electronically via the PPRA EPADS portal by 23 July 2026 at 1100 hours. Only firms registered with PPRA on E-PADS are eligible to purchase bidding documents.
