Tender Description
This tender invites pre-qualification proposals from well-established firms for repair and maintenance services in Islamabad for Pakistan Bureau of Statistics under the Ministry of Planning, Development & Special Initiatives. The scope covers IT equipment, machinery, office furniture, and official vehicles, ensuring operational efficiency across multiple asset categories.
The work involves comprehensive repair and upkeep of hardware such as servers, networking devices, air conditioners, photocopiers, and office furniture including chairs and partitions. Vehicle maintenance includes servicing Toyota, Suzuki, Mitsubishi, and Honda motorcycles with provisions for urgent on-spot repairs. The site is located at the Statistics House, Mauve Area, G-9/1 Islamabad, requiring firms to maintain a responsive technical team ready to deploy promptly.
Firms must hold valid Sales Tax and NTN registrations, be active on the FBR Active Taxpayer List (ATL), and have at least two years of relevant public sector experience. Compliance with PEC categories is advised, alongside adherence to the Public Procurement Rules 2004 and anti-corruption policies. Affidavits on non-blacklisting and truthful information submission are mandatory. The contract spans financial years 2025-26 through 2027-28, with security deposits required for each category.
