Tender Description
Board of Intermediate & Secondary Education, Multan invites tenders for the repair and maintenance of Jubilee Hall Eastern Side to Chairman Office (Tuff Paver) at BISE Multan through the Punjab e-Procurement System (PPRA). The procurement is for the financial year 2026-27 and requires contractors/firms registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) with specialization code CE-10, active filer status in FBR/NTN/PNTN, and registration on the Punjab e-Procurement System.

- Repair and Maintenance of Jubilee Hall Eastern Side to Chairman Office (Tuff Paver) at BISE Multan
The scope includes repair and maintenance works with item-wise rates as per approved DNIT. Bidders must upload earnest money in the form of CDR @5% of the estimated cost electronically through the e-Procurement System. No physical CDR will be accepted. The tender follows Single Stage One Envelope bidding procedure as per PPRA Rules 2014. Bidders must strictly follow PPRA circular No.I&M(PPRA)10-1/20211 dated 11.10.2024 while quoting item rates. Inappropriate or incomplete bids will be rejected.
Eligibility requires valid PEC registration for 2026-27, FBR/ATL active filer status, and earnest money submission. Performance guarantee of up to 10% may be required in the form of Pay Order, Bank Draft, or Bank Guarantee valid for 3 months beyond completion date. Insurance company guarantees are not accepted.
Bids must be submitted through Punjab e-Procurement System by 14.09.2026 at 11:00 AM. Opening of bids will be on the same day at 11:30 AM in the office of the Secretary, Board of Intermediate & Secondary Education, Multan. Bidders or their representatives should attend the opening. Submission of fake or forged documents will lead to disqualification and blacklisting.
