Repair and Maintenance Work of Larkana Dispensary under Sukkur Circle 2026-27

The Sindh Employees Social Security Institution (SESSI) invites bids for the Repair and Maintenance Work of Larkana Dispensary under Sukkur Circle for the fiscal year 2026-27. The works are to be executed in accordance with the Bill of Quantities, specifications, and drawings provided in the bidding documents. Eligibility criteria require bidders to be registered contractors with valid PEC certificates and specialization codes, active NTN and SRB registrations, and a minimum of five years experience in similar works. Bidders must demonstrate an annual average turnover of at least Rs. 9.08 million supported by FBR returns for the last three years. Equipment and technical staff qualifications are mandatory, including possession of concrete mixers, vibrators, generators, and qualified engineers and architects registered with PEC and PCATP.
