Tender Description
Sealed tenders are invited by the Directorate General Procurement (Army) located near 502 Central Base Workshop, EME, Main Adyala Road, Rawalpindi for the repair and maintenance of specialized medical imaging equipment. This procurement is intended for reputed firms possessing NTN certificates and capable of providing quality services without exorbitant rates.
Items being procured:
- Repair / Maintenance of Angiography Machine Infx 8000v installed at CMH Rawalpindi (Qty 1)
- Coil, Gradient, MRI Machine 1.5 Tesla (Qty 1)
- Tube Unit Assembly, Medical X-Ray Apparatus, 0.7U161CS-36, OEM ref 582-24275-61 X-Ray Apparatus, Radiographic Medical, Mux-10, Shimadzu, Japan (Qty 1)
- Tube Head (Qty 1)
- Repair / Maintenance of Spect CT Gamma Camera installed at Army Cardiac Hospital Lahore (Qty 2)
- Repair / Maintenance of Siemens EVO Excel Spect Gamma Camera installed at AFIP (Qty 1)
- Repair / Maintenance of Symbia E Dual Head Gamma Camera installed at AFIP (Qty 2)
- Repair / Maintenance of Spect / CT Symbia Gamma Camera installed at AFIP (Qty 1)
The scope includes technical repair and maintenance of high-end medical imaging devices such as angiography machines, MRI coils, X-ray apparatus, and gamma cameras at military medical facilities. The work requires OEM parts and expertise in radiographic and nuclear medicine equipment.
Eligibility criteria include NTN registration, FBR registration, and submission of a Treasury Challan of PKR 2000 for registered firms or unregistered firms payable to CMA Rawalpindi. Firms must provide a bank statement of the last financial year and a registration letter with DGDP. Bid Security of 5% of the quoted value (maximum PKR 1.0 million) is required through a bank draft or pay order in favor of CMA Rawalpindi. Performance Guarantee of 10% of the contract value will be required from the successful bidder within 30 days of contract signing.
Tender documents can be collected on 20 September 2026 and must be submitted by 21 September 2026 before 10:00 AM. The tenders will be opened on the same day at 10:00 AM in the Tender Room of DGDP (Army) in the presence of firm representatives. Technical offers, earnest money drafts, and commercial offers must be submitted in separate sealed envelopes clearly marked with the tender enquiry number.
A practical tip for bidders: Ensure all required documents including CNIC photocopy, NTN certificate, bank statements, and registration certificates are complete and attached with the bid to avoid disqualification. Early submission is advised as late bids will not be entertained.
