Eligible bidders must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) Islamabad under the relevant category CE-10. Active registration with the Punjab Revenue Authority (PRA) and the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) is mandatory. Contractors should have proven experience in similar works and must submit their bids through the Electronic Procurement and Disposal System (EPADS) portal. Earnest Money in the form of a CDR, Bank Draft, or Pay Order is required as bid security and must be submitted in original before the bid submission deadline.
