Pakistan Ordnance Factories (POF) Sanjwal Cantt invites qualified firms and contractors to submit applications for prequalification for a series of civil repair and maintenance contracts. The contracts cover multiple zones and estate areas, ensuring upkeep of residential and operational facilities. Eligible firms must provide attested copies of valid Active Taxpayer List (ATL) registration with FBR, professional tax certificates, and Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) registration in the relevant field. Experience in similar works with satisfactory performance in the last financial year is mandatory. Financial statements for the last two years, managerial capability, and partnership or firm registration certificates are also required. Applications must be submitted separately for each contract to the office of A/GM Civil Maintenance POF Sanjwal Cantt by 27-07-2026. Earnest money at 2% of the contract amount in the form of a CDR is mandatory. Sealed tenders will be received until 11-08-2026 at 10:30 AM and opened the same day at 11:00 AM.
