Tender Description
The Accountant General Pakistan Revenues (AGPR) Islamabad invites qualified suppliers to prequalify for an Open Framework Agreement for the Repair and Maintenance of office Machinery, Equipment and Hardware. This procurement is specific to Islamabad and aims to establish a framework for on-demand repair and maintenance services over a 36-month period starting October 14, 2026. Items being procured include:
- Repair of Air Conditioners (175 pcs)
- Repair of Computers (400 pcs)
- Repair of Printers and Scanners (180 pcs)
- Repair of Water Dispensers (90 pcs)
- Repair of Gas Heaters, LEDs, Refrigerators, Photocopier Machines, Sound systems, laptops etc. (150 pcs)
- Repair of CCTVs, DVRs, Security systems etc. (100 pcs)
- Repair of Electric Generators (5 pcs)
- Repair of Fire Extinguishers, Fire safety equipment and other allied equipment (100 pcs)
- Maintenance of Solar System including PV plates, structure, Inverters, and other allied systems (1 pcs)
The technical scope covers comprehensive repair and maintenance services for the listed office machinery and equipment located at G-8/4 Islamabad. The framework agreement will facilitate subsequent call-off contracts for these services as required by AGPR.
Eligibility criteria include valid NADRA citizenship documents, FBR registration (NTN and GSTN), and submission of a Call Deposit Receipt of Rs. 200,000 in favor of Branch Officer (Admn-II), AGPR Islamabad. Bidders must demonstrate at least 5 years of relevant experience, financial capacity with an annual turnover preferably above PKR 20 million, and provide satisfactory past performance certificates. The evaluation will be based on Quality Based Selection (QBS) with a minimum passing technical score of 60 out of 100.
Applications must be submitted electronically through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) v2.0 portal by **September 25, 2026 at 11:00 AM**. Late or manual submissions will not be accepted. The opening of applications will be conducted on the same day at 11:30 AM via EPADS. A practical tip for bidders is to ensure timely submission of the original Call Deposit Receipt to the AGPR office before the closing date, as failure to do so may result in disqualification.
