Tender Description
The Directorate of Special Education GB invites sealed tenders from registered and well-reputed firms and manufacturers for the repair and maintenance of official vehicles for the financial year 2026-27. This procurement is specifically for the Special Education Complex located in Gilgit city. Interested government contractors, firms, or companies with at least 1.5 million PKR bank balances and complete address details are eligible to submit their bids.
Items being procured:
- Repair and maintenance services for official vehicles including bus, vigo, Suzuki carry, Suzuki bolan, Potohar, and motorbike.
The tender documents can be obtained from the office of the Director, Special Education Complex Gilgit. The tender opening will take place on 24th September 2026 at 11:30 am at the office of the Director Special Education near KIU Road Gilgit. Bidders must submit their bids by 11:00 am on the same day.
Eligibility criteria include registration under Form-C, sole proprietorship with a complete setup (shop/store/workshop) in Gilgit city, and submission of 2.5% bid security in the form of a call deposit from a scheduled bank or KCBL in favor of the Director Special Education Complex Gilgit. The bidder must also submit an affidavit confirming that the firm/company is not blacklisted. Successful bidders will be required to deposit 10% performance security. Warranty provision for items supplied by the company/manufacturer is mandatory.
The tender committee reserves the right to accept or reject any bid under GB PPRA Rules 2022. In case of misconduct or behavior issues, the committee's decision will be final and binding. Bidders are advised to ensure their bid prices are realistic and aligned with prevailing market rates to avoid rejection.
