Prequalification for repair and maintenance of official vehicles and petty purchases

The Establishment Division, Management Services Wing Islamabad, is inviting proposals for prequalification of firms for repair and maintenance work during the Financial Years 2026-27 and 2027-28. This tender focuses on repair and maintenance of official vehicles of the M.S Wing Islamabad and petty purchases under Rule 42 of PPRA 2004. Eligible firms must have valid registration with Sales Tax and Income Tax Departments, active status on the FBR Active Taxpayer List (ATL), and a complete setup in Islamabad or Rawalpindi, preferably near the M.S Wing. A minimum of three years of experience in public sector organizations and registration on EPADS is mandatory. The work will be carried out primarily in Islamabad, ensuring quality and timely service for the Management Services Wing. Firms must be registered on EPADS and submit bids electronically; manual or hard copy bids will not be accepted. Interested bidders should note the key dates: e-bidding documents must be collected and submitted through EPADS by 10th August 2026 at 11:00 AM. The prequalification e-bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 AM in the Committee Room, 4th floor, Shaheed-e-Millat Secretariat, Islamabad. Earnest money in the form of Pay Order or Demand Draft in favor of DDO Management Services Wing is required, not exceeding 5% of the bid security.
