The E&M-Maintenance Division PMOH Maintenance of Public Buildings under the Capital Development Aurhority (CDA) Islamabad invites sealed bids for the repair and maintenance of package type air conditioners including RAC-II, RAC-V, RAC VI, AC-12, and Meeting Room AC units with allied works at the Executive Building, Islamabad. This procurement is planned for the financial year 2026-27 and is open to eligible bidders registered on EPADS v2.0. Items being procured: - Supply and erection of PVC insulated single core and flexible 4 core cables - Providing and fixing of fans with blades and motors for 2 ton AC units - Replacement of burnt out compressors for frost-free fridges - Repairing faulty fridge components including thermostats and bi-metal strips - Repair and maintenance of water dispensers including tank repairs and gas charging - Repairing/replacement of faulty 10 ton and 12 ton capacity compressors with drier filters and capillaries - Repairing leaked evaporator units of AC-12 - Installation and commissioning of 2 ton and 4 ton capacity split type full DC inverter air conditioners - Providing and fixing copper pipes and aero flex insulation sleeves of various sizes - Providing flair nuts and flexible hose pipes for condensate water drains - Repair and maintenance of split type AC units and replacement of faulty compressors including inverter compressors The technical scope includes comprehensive repair, replacement, installation, testing, and commissioning of air conditioning units and allied electrical works at the Executive Building.
