The Military Engineer Services (MES) invites sealed tenders for various repair and maintenance works at the Pakistan Air Force (PAF) Base. Contractors must have sufficient experience in the relevant field and meet special conditions for the job and area. Only firms on the approved list 'E' of MES Contractors or government departments with similar experience may apply. Valid registration certificates from Pakistan Engineering Council, Bank Statement, GST, and NTN certificates are mandatory. Applications for tender documents must reach the office of GE (Air) Faisal before 16 Sep 2026 at 11:30 hrs. Tender submission deadline is 23 Sep 2026 at 11:30 hrs, with opening at 12:00 hrs the same day. Contractors may be present at tender opening. Tender documents will be issued after scrutiny of applications. The accepting officer reserves the right to accept or reject any tender as per PPRA rules.
