Repair and Maintenance Contracts for Surface Drains, Roof Treatment, and Workshop Painting at POF Gadwal

The Pakistan Ordnance Factories (POF) Gadwal invites applications from firms and contractors for multiple repair and maintenance contracts at their Wah Cantt facility. The contracts include repair and maintenance of surface drains and nullahs adjacent to various shops and canteen, roof treatment and rehabilitation of main store and building A-21/2, and repair and roof treatment of electrical and mechanical workshops. Additionally, a contract for painting of electrical and mechanical workshop is also included. Items being procured: - Repair/maintenance of surface drains and nullah adjacent with A-01 and A-04 shops - Repair/maintenance of surface drains and nullah adjacent with canteen - Repair/maintenance, roof treatment and rehabilitation of main store - Repair/maintenance, roof treatment and rehabilitation of Building No A-21/2 - Repair/maintenance and roof treatment of electrical and mechanical workshop - Repair/maintenance and roof treatment of A-05 shop - Painting of electrical and mechanical workshop These works are to be carried out as per the MES Schedule of Rates 2025 amended up to date. Interested parties must have relevant experience and resources, including valid FBR, NTN, GST registration, and Pakistan Engineering Council certification. Financial capability, experience records, current work progress, and other supporting documents must be submitted. Tender documents will be issued to pre-qualified firms until 18-11-2026. Bids will be received at Bid Center C-04 building near Rabta Hall POFs Wah Cantt up to 10:00 Hrs on 23-11-2026 and opened at 10:30 Hrs the same day. Tenders without earnest money will be rejected.
